We operate our own Bug Track system for Core-Exiles. It is a separate website and as such you will need to log in and enter your bug report on Bug Track. We no longer take bug reports directly from within the game.

IF YOU WISH TO GAIN ACCESS TO BUGTRACK AND DO NOT ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT
PM COOPS FOR ACCESS OR CONTACT STAFF IN DISCORD CHAT

Once you have had an account created for you, you will have been emailed your login details. These will contain a different password to the game account for security.

Bug reports are reviewed on a daily basis and prioritised and assigned a staff member. You should ensure your EMAIL address on Bug track is current, as all correspondence to you will be via your bugtrack registered email address.

If you have difficulty logging to bug track, please use the ‘Reset Password’ Option. If the login portal cannot locate your account, please feel free to contact Coops for a new one.

When logging a bug report, please give us ALL the information you can. Single one-liners or incoherent ramblings won’t help either you or us to resolve your issue.

Thank you for taking part in the Core-Exiles Project.

Bug / Exploit Policy: Please note that if you find a Bug within Core-Exiles, it should always be reported through this method – not in the forums or by Email / PM, or just mentioned in chat – they are all logged and compiled such that the DEV team can keep accurate records, check similar bugs against each other, and to avoid them getting reports lost in forum posts and chat.

If you leave a Bug unreported, this will not help other players in a similar situation, solve any problems you are having, or assist in Core-Exiles development. If you deliberately exploit an unreported (or even previously reported) Bug you can also expect appropriate action to be taken.
